Os torcedores que estiverem em Kuwait, Oman, Arábia Saudita e Emirados Árabes em breve poderão reservar seus voos Match Day Shuttle, que irão oferecer a possibilidade de uma visita bate-e-volta ao Qatar. Assim, os interessados poderão assistir à partida, conhecer a capital e retornar de Doha no mesmo dia. As passagens Match Day Shuttle terão preços extremamente competitivos e trajetos entre Dubai, Jeddah, Cidade de Kuwait, Muscat e Riyadh. Os passageiros que adquirirem os voos Match Day Shuttle ainda irão receber um serviço de transporte terrestre entre o aeroporto e o estádio.
Os torcedores irão chegar ao destino pela manhã e partir pela noite, sem a necessidade de se hospedar em hotéis. A política de não-despacho de bagagem tem o objetivo de simplificar o itinerário simples de viagem dos passageiros.

A transportadora já operou o B737 Max 8 (primeira transportadora europeia a fazê-lo em 2017) mas estes foram aterrados em março de 2019, juntamente com todas as aeronaves B737 Max globalmente após dois acidentes fatais.
Quando os aviões retornaram aos céus europeus, a Norwegian abandonou sua rede de longa distância e removeu 50 aeronaves de fuselagem estreita de sua frota. A CNN relata que o acordo “inclui compensação para a Norwegian como solução para disputas anteriores sobre entregas de aeronaves Max e Dreamliner e problemas técnicos”.
Sujeito a “várias condições de fechamento”, a Norwegian comprará 50 B737 Max 8s, com opções para 30 aeronaves adicionais. Os aviões devem ser entregues entre 2025 e 2028, “em um cronograma que corresponde aos vencimentos atuais dos arrendamentos de aeronaves”.
Svein Harald Oygard, presidente do conselho da Norwegian, disse que o “acordo histórico define um caminho pelo qual a Norwegian será proprietária de uma grande parte de sua frota”.
Enquanto o CEO Geir Karlsen comentou, “os termos gerais alcançados são atraentes para a Norwegian, e o acordo se encaixa bem com nossa estratégia de frota de longo prazo e programa de rotas. Isso nos permitirá atender nossos clientes com aeronaves modernas e eficientes em termos de combustível com a mais recente tecnologia, reduzindo significativamente nossa pegada de carbono. O acordo também fortalecerá consideravelmente o patrimônio da empresa, solidificando ainda mais a posição financeira da Norwegian.”
A Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Hotéis (ABIH Nacional), através de seu presidente Manoel Linhares, juntamente com outras entidades do setor de turismo, conseguiu o cancelamento da votação da Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC 110), por falta de quórum, na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça, do Senado Federal.
Segundo Manoel Linhares, a proposta aumentaria a carga tributária sobre as empresas de vários setores, entre eles, o turismo. “Um hotel teria, por exemplo, um reajuste de 3,65% de PIS/COFINS e entre 2 a 5% de ISS, passando para algo em torno de 28% de CBS + IBS, totalizando um aumento de cerca de 100% da carga tributária”, afirmou o presidente da ABIH Nacional.
Segundo Linhares, se fosse aprovada, a PEC 110 teria um impacto bastante negativo nos setores de hotelaria, bares e restaurantes, eventos, agências de viagens, parques e outras empresas relacionadas ao turismo. “A emenda constitucional aumenta abusivamente os impostos sobre o setor de serviços, grande gerador de empregos em todas as regiões do país. O resultado seria, provavelmente, um aumento da informalidade, gerando uma concorrência desleal à atividade regularizada”, destacou.
Após o cancelamento da votação da PEC, seus autores afirmam que farão estudos para amenizar seus impactos para então colocá-la novamente em votação. “Não é o momento de aumentarmos a carga tributária para empresas que atuam no turismo brasileiro ou mesmo de qualquer outro segmento de serviços. Pelo contrário, por ser um setor gerador de empregos e renda por todo o país, o turismo precisa é de estímulos para que possa ajudar na retomada da economia”, finalizou Linhares.
Com o reaquecimento do turismo pós-pandemia, o Rio Convention & Visitors Bureau (Rio CVB) aposta na promoção do Rio de Janeiro para mercados emissores internacionais. Esta semana, a entidade participa de dois importantes eventos B2B na Europa: a IMEX Frankfurt, a feira mais importante do setor na Alemanha, e o roadshow da Brazilian Luxury Travel Association (BLTA).
Até o dia 2 de junho, o Rio CVB estará em dois encontros com agentes de viagens estrangeiros, promovidos pela BLTA nas embaixadas brasileiras em Londres e em Paris. O roadshow, que reúne empresas do setor de 20 destinos brasileiros, tem o objetivo de divulgar o turismo de luxo no Rio de Janeiro e aumentar o ticket médio da cidade.
“Estamos muito otimistas com a retomada das viagens internacionais ao Rio de Janeiro, neste momento de recuperação do turismo. Por isso, a participação nesses dois eventos é uma oportunidade importante para incentivar esse movimento e mostrar que a cidade é a ideal para quem busca um destino turístico. Além disso, conseguimos focar em dois segmentos essenciais: o turismo de negócios e o mercado de luxo”, explicou a diretora-executiva do Rio Convention & Visitors Bureau, Roberta Werner.

They had left London sitting on its mud. A very thin line of shadow tapered on the horizon, scarcely thick enough to stand the burden of Paris, which nevertheless rested upon it. They were free of roads, free of mankind, and the same exhilaration at their freedom ran through them all.
The ship was making her way steadily through small waves which slapped her and then fizzled like effervescing water, leaving a little border of bubbles and foam on either side. The colourless October sky above was thinly clouded as if by the trail of wood-fire smoke, and the air was wonderfully salt and brisk. Indeed it was too cold to stand still. Mrs. Ambrose drew her arm within her husband’s, and as they moved off it could be seen from the way in which her sloping cheek turned up to his that she had something private to communicate.

A Air Europa irá retomar os voos na rota entre Salvador e Madri a partir do dia 21 de dezembro. Serão dois voos semanais, às quartas e sextas-feiras. Com a retomada dos voos a Salvador, a Air Europa chega a 21 destinos nas Américas.
Na rota entre Salvador e Madri, o voo UX84 decola do aeroporto da capital baiana às 22h55, com previsão de pouso em Madri às 11h25. No retorno, o voo UX83 parte da capital espanhola às 15h25, com chegada prevista em Salvador às 20h30. Os horários dos voos permitem uma rápida conexão em Madri para diversos destinos europeus, como Barcelona, Porto, Lisboa, Vigo, Zurique, Paris, Frankfurt, Munique, Roma e Milão, entre outros.
A retomada dos voos em Salvador será feita com o Boeing 787 Dreamliner, o equipamento mais moderno da rota e um dos mais eficientes do mercado. O novo modelo aumenta o conforto a bordo. Todos os passageiros da Air Europa têm à sua disposição serviço wi-fi, com diferentes opções, de acordo com o volume de navegação necessária, streaming e um completo e variado entretenimento audiovisual.

No caso de Recife e Fortaleza, a expectativa da Air Europa é retomar as operações nas duas cidades a partir do verão europeu de 2023. A Air Europa oferece condições especiais na venda de bilhetes.
